Does anyone know who wrote the May 22, 1969 Awake! article, "What Future for the Young?"?
I wonder if they still are at Bethel.

It has only been 42 years since the article was published!
I bet you they are probably dead.
Same people this article was intended for are now grandparents. The clowns that wrote this nonsense are dust in the wind.
Bookmarked.
Same BS, different style.
Strange don't you think, that only apostates are interested in reading 42 year old WT and Awake articles? Just like Charles Sinutko's 1969 "stay alive 'til 1975" convention talk- the ex-JW community keeps that talk alive and if Charlie ever gets curious and googles himself, he will discover that his name mainly comes up only on Ex-JW websites- He has earned a buffoon's legacy.
If you were a high school student and thinking about college in 1969, then you're about 60 years old.
Guess what? You're fucking old now.
My bet is one F.W. Franz wrote the article, now gone for almost 20 years.
BTW, what is up with the WT always using initials for the speakers at the DC and CA?
My father whom I get closer to the older the both of us get, shares with me things that he doesn't even discuss with my mother whom he loves dearly. He's always telling me things like, "Miz, take care of your mother when I'm gone." He aint going nowhere anytime soon, just being melodramatic, but its cute I guess in a manly way. One thing he tells me and my brother is to, "look out for yourself, Miz. Cuz they don't give a darn about you." The "they" he's referring to is this organization, and usually when he says this its after we discuss something hypocritical by nature in this organization such as Governing Pope-esque Body, or Circuit Overseers and their new cars, apartments and all that jazz. The conversations with my father are usually like clockwork in that the older he gets, what he's going to say next is predictable. Usually after telling me to look out for myself, he laughs with me cynically, stating, "It was all crap, Miz! They told me when I in my twenties, its right around the corner! LOL, It was all crap!! Meanwhile all the same white brothers who were telling us not to send our kids to college, were sending their kids to college. They looked out for their own, and I'm telling you now Miz, look out for yourself first because they don't give a darn about you."
The cognitive dissidence is still present however, as not even 5 minutes later he'll bring up an example of being sure we don't murmer against Jehovah's chosen representatives. I bothers the heck out of me, because he's this close, and I mean this close to embracing the fact that these men are not who they say they are. In harmony with this thread, it took the nonsense like what the WT wrote in this Awake and the 40-50 years he's been in this organization to realize they're full of crap.
