I've watched Man vs Food too...and I'm not sure why. He tortures himself with super spicey food when he's not just eating way too much. Some of those episodes where he eats stuff that's so hot its painful, make you really scratch your head. Why does he do that? He sits there sweating, face on fire, sauce smeared all over his face and hands, looking like he's going to faint. Its awful. There was one show where after he ate whatever it was...I can't remember now...he stood in the kitchen trying to drink milk and not upchuck it. I didn't tune in again for weeks after that one.
Charlie Sheen is another one....although he doesn't have a tv show now, so if his death were filmed it would probably end up on YouTube.
