When the camera is further away from her, she looks good, but when its up close you can see the wear and tear on her and politics has taken a toll on her. She's 55, so to be fair, for that age, she looks very good. I imagine her makeup team and handlers spent a lot of time making her presentable.
She reminds me of an older Kitty Pilgrim, who I find attractive. I enjoyed her reports on Lou Dobbs when he was still at CNN.

Yeah, miz, I had to coin that term. I mean she's hot if she's standing next to, say, Janet Reno; or maybe if it's last call at the bar. But if she's just strutting down the street, is she likely to turn heads? I'm thinking no.
