  I'm no doctor, but what skeeter said about the yoga (if you can) and cold therapy sounds good. Wonder if acupuncture might help.

  I'm sorry to hear that, Talesin!!

  I had bursitis in both of my knees once. The orthopedic surgeon who was my doctor at the time prescribed a rather folksy remedy - but it worked so well that I've been able to back-pack with a 40+ pound pack, go bicycling, and hike - no residual problems for my knees, thank goodness!

  I hope that your foot - feet - heal thoroughly and well, with no trace of the problem.
