    We have one of these at work so the engineers can make actual parts to see if they will work before making the actual piece. It's phenomenal! It can create all moving parts, interwined with gears that are linked within each other that turn dependantly upon each other. It's great!

    I have an artist friend who does sculpting on his computer, sends the file to a 3D 'printery' where the sculpture is rendered in some sort of plastic. It is truly amazing! Can't wait for the home version.

    W e use this technology in the Architecture department at my university, although there's no one in real life that can afford to build this for real in this current economic climate.
