Well they certainly closed alot of gaps with this book/procedures. "brazen conduct" is so loosly defined that anything can fall into this. I knew of a publisher who was df'd because of his ATTITUDE towards some misconduct before he was a brother. I forgot how it came up but when the brothers questioned him on it, he was rather flippent and told them it preceded baptism so who cares. Well I guess the elders did. Yep, he was df'd because of his attitude.

Urgent to all BOE:

1. The following information updates the Flock book regarding foot jobs. These things must be taken into consideration:

Was it under the table, or in the open (BRAZEN)

Was the brother wearing heavy pants (denim) or especially thin ones? (thin pants, he was planning on sinning)

Did the sister wear rough wool socks? (BRAZEN); the high friction socks means SHE was planning on sinning

Did the sister use 2 feet, or just one? Is she dexterous, is she able to split her toes around the "object"? That means she is a practiced sinner, auto disfellowship

2. Be sure to impress on the brothers and sisters that HAVING sex when you are married is OK and good, but WATCHING it is a serious sin. Even if you tape your own sex and watch it, WRONG WRONG WRONG (The FDS feels it is the exclusive privilege of Jehovah, Jesus and the resurrected anointed, including the dear departed Ted Jarascz, to watch everybody having sex. For us to watch pornography impinges on that privilege)

I was in for 50 years. Was an elder. Sat on committees with the CO & DO to get rid of "marginal" elders. Had DC parts. Father-in-law personally knew Rutherford. Got kicked out for divorce. Realized it was all a lie. First thing I did? Got a nice tattoo. Then I got another one. Always wanted a pistol, so I've applied for my permit. All New Yorkers need one of those. As for apologies, I think I'll wait for them to come from the GB first. Shouldn't have to wait long for that, should I?

Think about it. This kind of disclaimer had to be included or there would have been some dumbass elders setting up JC for nurses who were "casually touching the genitals of patients" while inserting urinary catheters. This is group of people who still build temporary "nursing areas" from plywood at the district conventions (at least in the USA) because a mother nursing a baby is "obscene" and should only be done out of public view behind a (plywood) wall. WTF?
