To You Bethel Monitors reading this, I am arguing in favor of a compassion that you refuse to grant, namely - 'Let my people go !'.
Rather than wait until your donations and thievery of Kingdom Hall properties fail totally, I am telling you that it may be in your best interest to find a way to release vast numbers of nominal Witnesses that you hold captive. While the loss of such numbers may hurt your egos, there is little benefit in your greed to control people who don't want to be in the organization. Indeed, you may consider that they are undermining it all.
And don't think that you can avoid a tipping point simply by concluding that discouraged Witnesses are leaving and preventing a future collapse. You should know enough from Bethel history that plenty of 'fakes' and phonies and Serious Longterm Sinners always lurk behind your "clean" facade.
Simply put, they don't leave because they get stuck in the Organization for various reasons, usually related to friends and family. More nagging in the private Watchtower is a waste of time. You need to get them out.
