We're in a mess. Even if the debt ceiling is met by August 2nd, the negative repurcsionns have started. Foreign governments will not want to hold dollars when they see how idiotic both parties are. I feel than an economic colllapse will occur is overly dramatic.

Being serious for a moment, yes things are bad.
It will be interesting to see how the WT interprets what is to come for the U.S and Britain since they have painted themselves into a corner by saying there will be no other world power.
