THE latest victim of Taunton's spate of muggings bravely faced the press on Wednesday.
Ada Flind, 87, of Upper Wood Street, was left seriously injured, following a vicious robbery on Saturday afternoon.
When asked how she felt about living in Taunton now, Mrs Flind, who moved here from Putney ten years ago, said: "I felt safer in London."
She was returning home from the hairdressers, at around 2pm, when she was attacked.
