  Just ask them if it was okay with Jehovah that they taught UNTRUTH for almost a century and how that affected who was saved or not.

  I don't think this bothers the average witness. Their answer to everything is in effect "at least we weren't like those other guys going to war and all". In their mind this is the defining thing that should make everyone flock to them if they love truth. Only problem is that avoiding military service to your country isn't prohibited in the bible. Just think Corneilus.

  Russell said that new light would add to the truth, so it would not change it but make it clearer. (Not his exact words, just a summary)

  But that would have left his heirs with very little room to wiggle out of problems like the old truths not happening as predicted.

  So they started contradicting old truths with new light and still pretend that it "adds" to the truth. Yeah, it's Orwellian.

  Old light = old bullshit

  In the pretense of the WTS. being the only sole channel from god's holy spirit, over time they've had to make adjustments and revisions to that

  said all important exclusive light. Its just simple sales and marketing folks wrapped up with a ribbon of religious virtue, presented and designed

  to appeal to the general public.

  No matter color the WTS changes their bullshit, its always going to be nothing but bullshit, well until the door to the out house closes completely.
