I've only read a portion of the posts so I don't know. Filing a claim is easy. The first big test is surviving a motion to dismiss for failure to state claim. One major problem is that they know they will be sued in the course of business and plan for the event. Joe JW, being baptized and full of bliss, cannot conceive of ever not loving them so Joe does not prepare. Today I read my Verizon contract in detail. They stretched and stretched watching out for their interests. I had no legal team negotiating with them. It is sad and comical at the same time.
How many people sign prenupitals? Negotiating with my religion and God seems much stranger than a prenupital. The Witnesses contort the law to their advantage. Yet they jaw away at worldly people such as lawyers. So lawyers are evil except in one case and one case only: the greater glory of the WT org. They act like a multinational corporation with legal interests to pursue.
I am pressed for time but I will try to read the Menlo Park material.

If you want to change the WTBTS, "Follow the money and stop it flowing!" to paraphrase Deep Throat in All the Presidents Men. If Nixon was toppled by shedding light on the activities that he authorized, then the WTBTS can also be toppled or changed. All it takes is a little work by a lot of people.
