I remember too what it was like trying to start over...not a fun place to be! Thank goodness you've had your parents by your side on this journey.

Yep...I've been there too and get that way still. Emotions pass in time. It's always good to have positive posters as yourself to cheer us up. Thanks for your support.

You are doing quite well and it's our hope that you continue. Having to start over is never easy. A lot of people who leave the org. have to deal with many changes and end up facing an identity crisis because of situations such as yours. Everyone they knew their entire lives are gone. They have to deal with a new 'trust' system. This board has been their only companion (friend). You, however, have some of your close family with you...you are fortunate. We are happy for you and your family. For those that you left behind, pray for them to join you in your new life.

Has it been a year already?

I remember your first posts, I joined about the same time you did. Your early posts reflected the pain you were going through, but as time passed they grew more cheerful and full of your true spirit. I'm so happy that your life has changed for the better and proud to be even the tiniest part of it.

Coming to this board has changed me a great deal, so I know how you feel. I just can't get over it - a whole year, already?
