I have come out of retirement from contributing to XJWNews.com in order to post Amazing's story there.
Part 1 is up, and each subsequent part will be posted, 1 per day, for as long as Amazing keeps this up.
When the series is complete, with Amazing's permission, I will provide a downloadable Acrobat PDF version of the whole thing.

Hi Mike: I will be editing these Parts for grammar, spelling, etc. So they will chnage. I am claiming Copyright to all of my posted material be it the Justice series or my exit series in all their parts. I have only granted permision to Freeminds.org to post it when I am done. You have my permission to temporarily keep these posted. When I send my edited installments to Randy WQatters at Freeminds, please remove them from your site. But you may provide a "link" over to Randy's site after that time, provided that works for Randy. Thanks

Dude. Not cool. Respect his time, effort and hard work. It's his story and he is copyrighting it and he has every right to do so.

Sorry...I thought he was posting it for the benefit of the XJW community, not personal gain.
It is kind of unrealistic to post something written in the USA to a UK public message board, then complain when it is reproduced on a web server in yet another country.
His copyright is unenforcable and of questionable legal value, but I will desist from reproducing any of his material.
Seems ridiculous to me.

I never mentioned lawsuit. You sought permission, thus recognizing my ownership of the material. And I claim that ownership through Copyright.
I was asking you to respect the fact that I already gave permission to Randy Watter at Freeminds.org. He approached me first. I do plan on final publication as part of the parger story of my experience as a JW. I gave you temporary permission to post these Parts on your site until I complete the installments ... and edit them and send them off to Randy Watters.
My goal was not to piss you off ... but set some conditions. I very much appreciate the fact that you want to post it on your site ... and I see that it is there already. But, I would also like to have my limits respected. That's all. Hope this helps.

That may be your goal. That may be Amazing's goal. However we each may choose on how to pursue that goal.
He's very clearly outlined how he wants to proceed. You have very graciously (with a little grumbling) acquiesced. Let it go.

Well ... yes, our goal is to spread information. Since I plan on an edited version to correct some errors and so forth, I wanted to have you link to the final version at Randy's site. So by this means you will still be able to have it posted and spread.
The reason that I want it singly sourced back to Randy's site is partly because of my prior committment to him ... and partly because I can advertize my whole book ... allowing the Exit parts to be the opener ... and if someone want to read the "rest of the story" they can buy the book. There is much more than my exit ...
Anyway, I hope I settled things here okay. I apoligize if I came across as being difficult ... thanks.
