there is bad in all religion I believer.... but JW's are the only one that has personally hurt my life and family!! so they are a bit "special" to me...

but yes they all hide some bad secrets!

I'm with you ATJ. Is is all about being honest - starting with oneself.
In the end, I don't see any need to "get rid of religion" as some suggest. I think it will eventually get rid of itself. No need for the UN or whoever to "turn on" religion. Science, technology and education are slowly eroding away at the superstition and mysticism that has plagued mankind for millennia.

It will eventually go out, not with a bang, but a whimper.

If we are willing to discuss the history of one religion and demand accountability, we should apply the same standard to all.

Those are 2 different subjects..

Theres absolutely nothing anyone can do about WBT$ history..

And..

There is nothing wrong in Demanding Accountability for the Current Corruption in the WBT$..

Saying "Ya but what about the Catholics?"(Or anyone else) has nothing to do with Currant WBT$ Corruption..

It` a WBT$ "StrawMan" Tactic used by every JW I have ever met..

I think it would be beneficial for a lot of you to stop taking the WTBTS's position on the Catholic Church and open your eyes. Looking through negative, myopic lenses tell you a lot - of nothing. Most people here have no idea what they actually do in the community, not to mention the charities that they run.

There is no straight line at all between the WTBTS and the CAtholic Church. I see it, and I'm no bloody Catholic, and never will be one!
