For a few days, I've been looking at John Ford movies. He made a lot of good
ones with good stars.

Big Quentin Tarentino Fan!
We saw the critically praised "Drive" directed by Nicolas Rehn. I noted a lot of elements that reminded me of a couple of directors. (This is not a spoiler if you have not seen it.)
Peter Yates - (one scene in particular was like an homage to the Bullitt chase.)
Sam Peckinpah & Quentin Tarantino - graphic violence.
Ryan Gosling was channeling Steve McQueen. Good actor.
Albert Brooks as you've never seen him before.
I give it 4 stars out of 5.
Terry Gilliam
David Fincher
Danny Boyle
Chris Nolan
