When two or more congregations meet at the same Kingdom Hall, do they change the times and days of the meetings in September or in January?

  Until around 1993, we used to rotate the Washtowel study and public talk every 2 years, in September. After, they started doing it (1996, once we got the new Kingdumb Hell) every year in January. This in the northeastern part of the United Tyranny (formerly, the United States).
