***sorry discreetslave...just couldn't resist***
I welcome the opportunity to anti witness. The ones I’m complaining about are seasoned JW’s they ask questions like a CO. So the rank & file are to stay away from apostates but whoever these are have some sort of immunity the rank & file don’t. There are two who sound like they are trying to convince me to return. Then I have some fishing for info. It’s like they are trying to gather material for a magazine. They are doing the very thing they accused apostates of in the WT
5 How do false teachers operate? Their methods reveal a cunning spirit. Apostates “quietly bring in” corruptive ideas. Like smugglers, they operate in a clandestine manner, subtly introducing apostate views. And just as a clever forger tries to pass phony documents, so apostates use “counterfeit words,” or false arguments, trying to pass their fabricated views as if they were true. They spread “deceptive teachings,” “twisting . . . the Scriptures” to fit their own ideas. (2 Pet. 2:1, 3, 13; 3:16) Clearly, apostates do not have our best interests at heart. Following them would only divert us from the road that leads to eternal life.
Can someone find a clip of the scene from Catch Me If You Can where Howard Hughs walks away saying there are snakes in my midst?
Even if they weren't fishing for information...your quote there describes their normal preaching activity very well..I'm gonna save that one.
Their phony words and false documents are called "Awake!" and "Watchtower" magazines
