When Peter asked, "To whom else shall we go?" he was addressing his statement to Jesus, not to an organization.

Jesus says he himself is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), not an 19th century organization headquarted in New York.

I think it’s interesting to note that Jesus never said that people had to be part of a congregation or organisation to be saved.

The counter-argument you'll get here is the command to "nor forsake gathering together....."

ALSO, I agree with a couple previous posters that your reply is a bit lengthy as well. Don't blow the opportunity to plant some seeds.
