  Here's some advice for ya, min...

  If the cops ask you downtown to "ask you a few questions" about the substance...take your attorney with you. Never "interview" with the cops without your lawyer present.

  Just as a side note on the white powder - I saw something on TV just the other day that some think the second guy the FBI blamed for the anthrax attacks (the one that committed suicide) did not do it either.

  They were saying that he had no access to the type of anthrax that was used in the attacks -
