After the latest truth was published regarding the evils of cats (for which we are justly grateful), a number of brothers and sisters have come forward to report family members who have been expressing the hope of having pet lions in the new system. Our BOE is not clear on how to handle this. Should such rebellious ones be disfellowshiped or only put on public reproof? Our circuit overseer told us to write to you for direction because all congregations worldwide will no doubt be facing similar issues. Of course, we will do whatever the faithful and discreet slave tells us.
