Robdar: Pardon me because I do not mean to be rude, but who the hell is Kim Kardashian?
.......
That is the 17 million dollar question.
I saw how that man disrespect her on national TV ... HE EVEN BURPED ON HER FACE ... ewwwww ... on the other hand she didn't tell her she was married before ... someone up there is right, they deserve each other ...
If she was my daughter, she wouldn't be on tv PERIOD !!!
My ignorance of the Kardashians is only equaled by my ignorance of the Bible.
I don't think it is true that men still run from accomplshed women. My experience is that men were more available with success. I certainly was able to pick from a wider, brighter, more accomplished group of men. Each person is unique. More importantly, men's character seemed to improve, too. Believing that men are threatened by career women can become an ugly self-fulfilling prophecy. I heard more men worry about marriage, finding someone special. We are all human. The Kardashians are tacky. A woman only needs to find one appropriate man if she is traditional. Only one.

Yeah, no, that's not really what I posted, dear BOTR (peace to you!). Didn't say they RUN, at all. And I added the caveat "beautiful"... and successful. Although, I would add Oprah to the "accomplished" mix, given her early, pre-"No I don't want to get married even if you ARE Oprah," issues with Stedman...
My experience is that men were more available with success.
A certain kind of man (also "successful"? Maybe not...), perhaps. But then again, depends on what is meant by "successful".
I certainly was able to pick from a wider, brighter, more accomplished group of men.
Then, you are to be commended... I think. I mean, I have no idea whether you are "successful,"... or what you base that on, if you are... but... GOOD for you, girl!
Each person is unique.
Without question...
More importantly, men's character seemed to improve, too.
Sometimes, yes. Not always, by any stretch...
Believing that men are threatened by career women can become an ugly self-fulfilling prophecy.
Whoa... who said THAT?? "Career women" covers a WHOLE lot more real estate that I was referring to. I was limiting MY comment to the "block" where those of the starlet/diva ilk hang out. My wording "beautiful" and "successful"... was tongue in cheek, dear one. These types are often believed to be lacking in brains (which I VEHEMENTLY disagree with, hence, my comment as to Norma Jean)... and so often attract men who "like" that "type". Then they find out these are actually quite bright, if not genius... and can't handle it/them. THAT'S where I was coming from. Hence, the particular women I named...
I heard more men worry about marriage, finding someone special.
I totally agree on that! I am of the agreement that men are more sensitive and these days want to marry (for LOVE, even!) and have children more often. And most not only don't care if SHE works outside the home... but prefer it, if not expect it! You read me wrong, dear one... and I apologize if I caused that. Internet posting can do that, though... yes?
We are all human.
I totally agree.
The Kardashians are tacky.
But endearing, IMHO. Maybe it's because I didn't grow up within a bevvy of sisters/women... and so I'm intrigued. But, tacky... okay, yes. Doesn't stop either one of us from watching them, though (but I'm not ashamed of it. Now, "Real Housewives from Atlanta"... or "Basketball Wives"... that's another story. Whole DIFFERENT kind of "estrogen" goin' on there! LOLOLOLOL!)...
A woman only needs to find one appropriate man if she is traditional.
If she's traditional. Dear one, Miss KK... and I... are out here in Cali. Tradition... schmadition...
Only one.
Or two. I don't know about the rest of the country, but out here men cheat, die... or come out. Among other things.
Anyway, love... no worries: I like Miss Kim, really. I think she's gusty, as are her sisters. Might not fly in NYC... but you gotta be a little gutsy to survive in Hollywood! The bigger a girl's cahones, the longer she'll survive (which is why I don't live there (scares the cahones OFF of ME)! Depending on his ego, guy might think he just has to have a little bit bigger "pair". If he's secure (which most of the men these women seem to hitch up with don't)... then he won't even get into the "mine are bigger than yours" game.
Alls ah'm sayin'...
Peace, girl!
SA, on her own...
When you got it, you got it. What else can be said?
I have only one comment about Kim, since I've never watched the show.
I'll bet she can get airborn with those fake lashes she wore in a picture.
Looked like an osterich.
Notice how her face is V shaped with everything drawn down in the middle?
Just stuff I noticed in one photo.
I'm more attracted to the whole package these days, brainless would get my attention for 1 night only
I find the whole Kardasshian (sp?) thing boring as hell,,, but do you REALLY think YOU could get with that?
AND do you REALLY THINK SHE'S DUMB????
ahahahahaha!!!! get a life!
