Oh, I remember those frames. I also remember having to help my mother hang clothes in the wintertime. Everything would freeze solid. I'd help her bring the clothes in and we'd stand my father's longjohns in the tub to defrost. LOL

I know what you're talking about. When the jeans dried - they were stiff as a board. Course, so was everything else that line dried.
My dad wore boxer shorts, but didn't like them wrinkled - guess who got to iron 'em? We also ironed our sheets, etc. Thankfully, we had 3 tv stations - so I could at least watch cartoons while I ironed a whole damned day. And that was after all the laundry had to be sprinkled!
Man, I'm gonna go kiss my washer and dryer and cable tv. And I nearly worship my central air conditioning. What a whuz I've turned into!!!
By the way, I do auto window tinting for my trade - so I stay damp, dirty, and un-air conditioned all day. But I surely enjoy coming home.

I'm still working on my Greatest Movies of All Time list. Needless to say, it will be quite different from my "Movies you watch over and over and over ..."! For instance, I consider Schindler's List to be one of the greatest, but let's face it, not something I wanna watch over and over!

Fried Green Tomatoes (at the Whistle Stop Cafe)
The Shawshank Redemption
Schindler's List
The Rainmaker

That's only 8 Angharad (my wife has trouble with numbers)
She's just read this over my shoulder and claimed 'there are three star wars so that makes ten'.
What about the phantom menace then eh? That makes it 11 !
I win!
Ok, have to go and hide now.
