    Yeah, some people collect stamps, coins, old books...

    ... and some like to collect countries. Kinda like what Stalin and Hitler tried to do I guess, lol.

    I have two sets of glass ornaments: really cheap, glitzy ones that I am certain are foreign. Expensive Polish ones. Each serves its purpose.

    Trade in itself is not a bad thing.

    I've been giving gifts to Heifer International. They are a Christian group whose books are audited. Heifer gives a pair of livestock to 3rd world countries. So far I've purchased 1/2 of a good sheep, etc. What surprises me is the recipients (the person whose name I used to donate), smiles break out. People are sick of the commercialization of Christmas yet the business is booming.
