Dehydrated macaroni and orange powder in a little cardboard box is a poor person thing.

A rich casserole of milk, cheese and pasta (possibly with eggs), baked and served with a holiday meal, is an African-American thing.

He's probably talking about baked Mac N Cheese...thats more southern/soul food, etc, then the traditional stove top mac and cheese.

Baked Mac and Cheese is served for special events...and I would know, cause my aunties make it all the time. I think its more of a southern

thing then a racial thing. But yes, black people, as well as all people, LOVE baked Mac and Cheese. And I'm black and NOT offended at all.

Of all the obtuse things Pat Robertson has said, the mac & cheese comment is one of the least offensive/stupid.

Completely agree, he really is an embarrasement!
