Who published the tract? The title seems odd. Unless it is about comforting th enemy by not saluting the flag or serving in the military.

Band on the Run: The Watch Tower Society published it. It was published because of accusations that they where communists.

My memory of it was that it actually upheld communist values by suggesting the New World Society would not be democratic or something -- it has been decades though since I read it.

hmmm.. they preach a utopian "workers paradise" with no currency and plenty given fairly to all. They discourage creativity and encourage drone-like servitude. sounds pretty Orwellian to me. (not to mention their literature artwork looks eerily propaganda-like)
