CD, no, because they usually have songs I don't like on each one.
My favorite song is
I love love love xmas music for some reason and do not tire of listening to it. I am not religious *at all* but I still like Ave Maria, Little Drummer Boy and O Holy Night. I have no explanation.
I do not like The Christmas Shoes, Feed the World (ignorant lyrics), A Baby Changes Everything (dumb lyrics), Dominick the Christmas Donkey and Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer.

I tend to list the religious ones. Handel's Messiah. Bach's St. Matthew Passion. Much to my uneducated mind, I am very familiar with certain hyms. I find great fun in Lennons' Merry Christmas. War is Over. War is Over Now. If you wan it. Frank Sinitra and Tony Bennet carols. middle Ages carols and hyms. Black Christmas hymns and even New Age ones such as.........the ones performed by the Winter solctice at St. John the divine which incorporate whales and wolves singings.
I love congregatoinal singalongs to Messiah or Bach St. matthew/s passion. Also veneracular ones, too.

I've tried to get two Bing Crosby CDs from the library - one was lost so no longer in circulation; the other one was supposed to be Bing Crosby was replaced by a different CD. Fortunately it was a CD that I had for many years, but lost during one of my moves. That was a nice surprise.
