Sexual harrassment is a real issue. Crap like the school principal and teacher tried to pull makes the issue appear ridiculous.

The principal resigned but stands by his decision. What the hell happened?? I'd love to hear his side...but I guess we will never hear it.
I'm not saying the principal was in the right or wrong....just saying we are still missing part of the story.

May be they wanted publicity. You never know. In PA state, a student was indefinately suspended from classroom due to his being HIV postive. It was on CNN last two weeks.

The only part of the story missing is what the School / School Principal (ex) refuses to disclose.
At worst what the child said was innappropriate . . . but how a sexually immature child can be seen as guilty of sexual harrassment boggles the mind. Nobody seems to refute the fact that the comments were directed to another child and overheard by another adult . . . WTF?
It should never have been viewed or treated this way - period. The outcome underscores this and is appropriate I believe.
