Yep. I don't believe in a soul, and so 10 mil for nothing seems like a pretty good deal to me.
Unless you are defining soul as something other than an intangible part of ourselves that separates at death. If you mean my values or something like that, then no.

If by soul you mean the whole person with the life and free will, then one can not logically sell it for all the money in the world as then after the sale the owner might say now you can not spend the $.
