Or the person who got AIDS sitting on a toilet seat
I know of 2 jws that were found guilty of sexually molesting their own children and that of other witnesses, both spent time in prison, neither were every df'd because the "witnesses" were not acceptable under the WT rules.

It is possible for Coke to ferment--but not that quickly. It usually takes a while for sugar to ferment, and if stored in the refrigerator, you are looking at a very low alcohol content (well under what beer has). Even fermented orange juice, when fermented in unfavorable conditions like the refrigerator, is likely to have about as much alcohol as "no-alcohol" beer. If it gets much stronger, it has a very nasty taste and is usually suitable for the rubbish.
But for a beverage to ferment in the stomach is not very common. There simply isn't enough time for a Coke to ferment to the degree where you could get a drink driving, and even then it would be about like drinking a beer at worst. You are simply not going to be able to get enough Coke in your stomach long enough to drink drive simply from fermentation--most of it will pass on and be absorbed. (True, you can get fat from it, but not drink driving). The only way Coke can get you into a drink driving situation is if you add rum to it--at which point, the rum is the culprit.
