Clinton was a very intelligent man, for all his personal faults, and the usual political hypocrisy and deception.

Nobody that met him, enemy or not, failed to comment on his grasp of issues and intelligent way of talking about things.

Poor Bush had to follow this. It's bad enough he's not that bright to begin with, being the slow one of the Bush family.

thanks Ros for your poignant observation,

    And lol lol lol Larc!

All these people chimed in 'Yo' ma daddy, Bush!' I didn't expect such support for a dumb drunk daddy.

Why no comments on any of those 10 points mentioned there? Someone commented about welfare. Was welfare one of the items? Not at all.

There are like 30 more wicked things listed at the link I provided. Any one care to say why they think these actions are good and not wicked?

I don't want to hear 'At least...' anything. Bullshit. You know you are hiding his misdeeds with justifications.

Maybe Clinton got his dick sucked, but W is sucking dick.

cellomould, I haven't said much because I have no argument against your point. I think Bush is the worst president I have ever seen.

Boy, that's a strong thing to say, but as I keep considering it, I stand by that. Nixon was at least competent.

The only complaint I have about your indymedia piece is that they make it sound as if Bush has done all these things since the war on terrorism began, when in fact he began dismantling any semblance of being a 'compassionate' conservative almost from the day he was inaugarated. That indymedia piece unfairly stacks the deck, but otherwise I hear what they are saying.

It must be nice to be live in a little glass world full of tree huggers and do gooders.Out here where we work for a living, where the economy depends on things like agriculture and petroleum production,we appreciate a man who understands that America (and others)needs food and energy to survive. Both are being produced in an enviromentally sound fashion, but ever increasing regulation would eventually make that impossible.I'm also proud that he's not laying down and taking a beating from the terrorists.Too bad he has to take one from his own country.

Seeker, I am right with you on all your sentiments where Bush is concerned......I got a cold chill when he "managed" to be elected President and the strongest sense of foreboding I think I have ever had about a president. Now, it is true that being raised a Witness I only started taking politics seriously from the early years of Clinton on but I still know my history.

Long before Sept.11th, I knew my fears were justified. I know that politics is a sensitive and very personal subject; and I certainly respect everyone here who disagrees with me in this matter. This is just my deeply entrenched opinion.

    Sincerely, Windrider
