OK My Ethiopian friend* makes cheese out of buttermilk. Boil it just right and put it into a cheese cloth. Served with food I don't know how to spell.
*she is a JW, so I do not know if we are still friends. GB let her go! She's an excellent cook. Haha
They have her, but she can't cook for them.
