Very interesting, thanks Gorbatchov. However, for me the address given on the "contact us" page is enough to prove the connection. Circuitleasing is clearly just a front for Watch Tower HQ. What I find most distasteful is that they can't admit (i.e. on any of the FAQs) to any connection with re-selling circuit overseer cars, even though the name of the website hints so strongly at it.

A question for a better understanding:
As of January 2012 the WTBTS engages as a car dealership with $1,540,525.-- in expendable assets. Who are these cars sold to? Are they enhancing their capability of converting current liabilities quickly into current assets by selling to the general public, or is it just an purchase opportunity for the next CO/DO they lay off?
My perception is that the cars are used bij CO/DO and are replaced every 4 years. So, the name circuitleasing is good, because this is the WTBTS own car leasing company. When the cars are replaced they have to be sold. So in the US, JW's can buy a former CO/DO car, and drive proudly in a former WTS car ((:
What I know also: in many country's in Africa and Asia, the WTS provide cars for the local branch office. Toyota landcruisers and Toyota minibuses. All these WTS cars are replaced once in the 4 years. Local brother and sisters don't believe it. A 4 year old car is in African eyes a new car. But these cars are replaced, just like a normal leasing company.
I think that when you have a neutral perception, there is nothing wrong with a lease car. I ave no neutral perception. Because the WTS is pointing their fingers to other religions negatively when it becomes subjects like credit cards accept points at DC's, and lease car's for the clerecy cq. firm officials.
The funny thing is, when you tell a local JW about the fact that WTS has an own lease company, they will brand you directly as a divider and a possible apostate ((:
Funny also is to think about Jesus in the first century... maybe he got a donkey, but not a lease horse and wagon!

The worst thing is that they resell them at 15-20% over Blue Book to the people that paid for them in the first place!
00DAD - in there fact section it says the give a small discount on cars when compared to popular price guides (kbb). I checked the kbb of a car they had listed for 10,000. KBB is 11800. So they may not be ripping people off as we hoped or not hoped.
I remember about 18 years ago when I was visiting my parents while I was living in the UK
my grandmother purchased one of those cars. I offered to drive it out of Brooklyn for her.
She still has the car!
I still luv the fact they get these cars for free and then sell them back to the people who paid for them. What a racket. Why not give them to one of there special pioneers or something. Its ridiculous
I once emailed them and asked..
" Do you ever feel bad selling the car to a JW, knowing they already own it as a member of the WT society?"
They didnt reply :(
Of course they have no reply for them selling cars back to jws. There is no reason except to make extra money for the branch.
