I hear there is a maternity medical directive pregnant JWs give to their obs.
Can anyone get me a pdf for this? I'd curious to know exactly what it says.

Joojoobean... welcome!
Ah, thanks, 'Alfred'.
This is it! http://www.transfusionguidelines.org.uk/docs/pdfs/bbt-04_care-plan.pdf A UK only thing?
Nothing like that in the US.
If I remember right, here in the US there was a letter to boe about 2 years ago encouraging expectant moms to review an awake article and contact the hlc as a precaution.

Welcome JooJoo. What stuck said. There is a thread that posts the contents of the letter somewhere. I can try and find it.
This document has been prepared as an aid for medical staff and midwives who are managing a Jehovah’s Witness or other patient who refuses a blood transfusion and is at risk of, or experiencing, postpartum haemorrhage. It doesn't seem that this document was developed by the WTS but by non-jws to deal with jw blood issues.
Found it.

Again, just a letter, not a special directive.
That's different from this:

I was told by several elders that many jws just figured "no blood" at all and never prepared for health issues that could come up. I knew jws that didn't tell their surgeon they were a jw and would not take a transfusion until their day of surgery.
