I think it’s Jesus dead cold hand trying to snatch that scepter away from these ruffians; he’s only going for the second guy because he’s afraid gray beard might get him with that crab claw.

I had to dig up my the Revalation book and sure enough! While, the hidden images in the artwork are weird...and maybe one could argue that somebody in the art department planted it, I can't imagine it having a subliminal effect on anyone. Does a smokey hand make people go door-to-door more?
