I don't know if these scriptures have any bearing on the matter:
"And he gave some as apostles, some as prophets, some as evangelizers, some as shepherds and teachers" (Ephesians 4:11; NWT)
"Not all are apostles, are they? Not all are prophets, are they? Not all are teachers, are they? Not all perform powerful works, do they?" (1 Corinthians 12:29; NWT)
Anyway, I say the GB as 'representatives' of the anointed should be setting the lead. How many hours, Bible studies, literature placements, return visits, etc do they report in a month? Has anyone ever seen them out on the field ministry? I'd genuinely like to know. I wonder how many members of the first 'governing body', with its head office in Jerusalem, did the preaching work and to what extent?
