JHK, are property transactions entered in some kind of public register?

In the United States, these transactions are public information (with very few exceptions) and can be viewed by anyone who submits a proper request. Not sure how things are in Spain.

I think the bylaws are very clear (and they're similar in Europe and US, I've been involved with several "quick builds" on both sides of the pond): the proceeds of the sale after all debts have been paid off go to the WTBTS (or the Governing Body if the WTBTS is no longer tax-free). The new assembly hall will be a donation per publisher imposed upon the congregations.

but even the gb dont exactly have millionaire playboy lifestyles. im njot going to deny they dont travel first class and experience fine hotels and so on, but there are only a few and whatever they spend is nowhere near the income that flows in each year. anyway its a bit hard for old farts like them to really enjoy fancy girls, speed boats and planes. what is the point of collecting that wealth if those at the top dont even spend it?

From what I perceive from the photo the assembly hall is small and unsuitable for a circuit. So it is not strange that it was sold. The rest of the questions, though demand a clear answer.

The brotherhood are angry, they do not want to put money any more in the contribution box in the Kindgdom Hall.

It went the same place as the money for the Irish Bethel went and the Greek Bethel too - oh and also the same place as all thos branches went the rest of the world
