The Mrs and I have had a few JWs call us to "cry in their beer" about JW Dating sites.
Surprize!....... they are like anything else...buyer beware.
Much use of WTBTS "Theocratic stratigy". New couples shocked to discover real age, assets, drug habits and STDs. "How dare someone use old photos, photoshop and Lie...............
As for JW advice to call the elders....they are not allowed to tell you if someone is a child molester. Ask the P.O./C.C. s wife ...she knows everything.

Before the organization really came out to "strongly discourage" internet dating sites,I know of a few Witness couples who met via the internet.
Actually,it wouldn't be a bad idea if there was a legitimate Witness dating site. It would cut down on marrying unbelievers,for shame,lol.
But,I think the more lonely and miserable the members, the better.
All those on that site can't be hardcore Witnesses,since they are being disobedient to the "faithful and discreet slave."
