Yes - this is the easy out. He is "no longer active".
But he'll be lovingly visited, and adjusted, and before long will be back, and maybe even an elder again, sooner that you'd think.

He'll be back... he probably employs all the elders in his Kingdom Hall... they'll just "review his qualifications" once this whole thing blows over... this guy probably has enough money to buy off the judge...

Is this Christianity? As I suspect, they are even worse than the Muslims are supposed to be. Ordering people killed, yet still not being disfellowshipped from the Christian church! And it shows that the witlesses are no better than the other Christian religions they love so much to bash for doing this rubbish.

The man's got business acumen. Even if imprisoned, he'll be an asset to the penal institution.
At least the man, reformed from his calculated violence, can work his sorry butt off getting back in the good books with the brothers. Besides, once he's served his time (which by my estimation will be about year 30 of Christ's 1,000 year reign ) he'd make a skillful supervisor of the worldwide cleaning services. I would however advise any of his future prospective employees to drive company vehicles very, very, very carefully. Avoid ditches at all costs. You've been warned.

JW Rapists, Pedophiles and Murderers are no threat to the community as long they have been privately reproved by spirit-appointed elders and show true repentance... especially if the JW is a spirit-appointed elder himself... so there's nothing to worry about....

if they DO DF him, the quickest way to be reinstated and get back "privileges" is not to say "SORRY", but to find a child and indulge in some molestation.
They will welcome him back with open arms and hearts.....
