It so doesn't matter anymore. I don't think the GB really cares if a single mag is placed in service. The majority are "bought" by 'dubs and whatever is left over, 'dubs kick in again out of guilt. They have enough born ins to keep it going, along with a few idiots like myself who walked in to it willingly

What a joke!
They cannot possibly do what they say they did last year and will do again. 90% of the doors they will knock on will not be home, and god knows how many millions wont even get a visit in the first place, not to mention the countries where they don't go...

The 2010 and 2009, each year, Aux, Pios. showed a 5.5% decrease. Thus, the reason for this ploy. I suspect this year there won't be as much excitement for them. I also suspect, many having the option to go for the 30 hrs versus 50, many to most, will go for the 30 hrs. Gas prices are sure going up too now.
