Firstly a few rules.

- increase in numbers primary goal

- new laws must feel the same as past ones.

- cant revolutionize and feel mainstream,

- changing doctrine acceptable, only cant change everything at once

- crazy ideas most welcome, if scripture available that half sounds right your quotation may be partial as long as you sell it.

- costly non revenue luxuries may be cut - eg assembly halls

- increase revenue also a primary goal

- please no criticism just new ideas!

Potential ideas

-declare the governership of the Apostle Peter begins in 2014 and will rotate to the next apostle every 10 years, with each rulership having a theme. We can ask god to beam down the formula after the vote.

NO WAY! Assm Halls are a money maker. Built with free labor. Paid for in a short time period with tax free donations from the R&F, who continue to pay "rent" to the WTS on the facility for years after its payoff and who continue to do all the maintenance for free. Eventually to be sold for a tax free profit and replaced with new facility built with free labor . . . . . . .
