JW biblical interpretation really is terrible. They begin with a false premise and as a consequence get everything else wrong.

Gorbachov hits the nail on the head with this statement in connection with the year text that WT has chosen for this year: “Strange fact is that I can hardly find a connection to the 2012 year text.”
The same thought came to mind when reading page 8 paragraph 19 of the January 15, 2012 study article where it mentions that the year text is ….”Your word is truth” (John 17:17)
If the WTBTS truly felt that God’s word is truth there would be far less speculation and bonehead play in their literature!

This is similar to an article Have there Always Been Witnesses? There is no group that has even vaguely taught all of the primary Watchtower doctrine, so there is none that they can specifically point to.
