This has been commented on before, as it was planned last year to sell the Indianapolis and London Ohio assembly halls:
To my knowledge the assembly hall in London Ohio is not for sale yet, nor has there been a purchase of land for the 3000-seat assembly hall that will be in the Cincinnati Ohio area
