DOC, on the new Watchtower that brings out all of the "new light", I believe they say the role of Russell was like John The Baptist, opening the way for Jesus, SO, in the mind of the WT/FDS/GB, they are equal to Jesus. LOL.

We were all taught that Jesus has the " seven spirits " of Revelation. That means that He has the most Holy Spirit that anyone can have. This presupposes that the Holy Spirit is a force and not a spirit creature. It also implies that Jesus is directed by Holy Spirit, instead of directing Holy Spirit. This demoted Jesus. Along with the Michael the Archangel teaching, it actually dishonors him. Then the GB elevate themselves to also be spirit-directed future co-rulers with Christ.
What's really messed up is that according to the GB, Jesus is not a co-creator. So Jesus created all things according to the Bible. He actually did something, unlike the GB. They say God created everything, including all the angels, through Jesus. Jehovah said do it, here's some holy spirit, get to work, and Jesus did it! Still he can't be a co-creator! JW's piddle in serve-us and are called co-workers with GOD??!?!? The GB do jack-squat but have the nerve to call themselves co-rulers with Christ. Also, they are not even appointed over all the masters belongings, like they said they were for 130 years, by their own admission!

Where does the Bible ever say that being an infallible human is a pre-requisite for a prophet? No prophets were perfect, besides Jesus, according to the Bible. The test was simple. Did you claim to speak for GOD? Did it come true? That's it. There was no consulation prize awarded if you happened to teach someone a bible principle while you were falsely prophesying. It was not okay as long as you were keeping on the watch! The minute you claim to be a prophet, it's put up or shut-up. The prophecies were infallible. Your human condition was not a factor, or an excuse for false prophesy.

The test was simple. Did you claim to speak for GOD? Did it come true? That's it.
Yes, DATA, it seems so obvious now, doesn't it! But we were blinded/deluded for many many years.
