  There are so many singular words one could use and all of them are heavily loaded. 30 years of an unfulfilled, trapped, uneventful life - how does one catch up!

  Anxiety. I might add that it was a very crippling form of anxiety. I've been in therapy years now for it. Doing much better with it these days. Thank you, Julia.
