But now there will be only half the paper available for TOTH's FIL's wife to clean up after her "potty parties"

OUTLAW
At present the Awake! & WT are 31 pages for each issue. A 16 page issue is nearly one half the size.
The pages will all overlap..
Turning a 16 page Awake into a 32 page Awake..
Honest hearted JW`s..
Will see the Awake has Evidently been expanded by 1 page..

It would be so cool to print up flyers containing this announcement and putting them on cars in the kh parking lots before April 7 or 8, as the case may be. The flyers could be signed in small print at the bottom, "Courtesy of your local apostates"..LOL!

I can see there will be just one public WT and one public Awake before long.

Surprising they will still have two mags, at 16 pages each, it just doesn't make sense to continue to have 2 pieces of trash to hand out other than you have twice the pages for cover and index plus the back page which typically is advertising of wts. If they combine the two they could have one 29 or 30page publication = more savings.

But doesn't look so good on the FS report. Magazine placements halved in an instant!

More cutbacks. Can't they get the writers to keep producing enough drivel? It's like they are just giving up.
The last time they made a special announcement on a Sunday it was getting rid of the Book Study groups. Are they going to make a habit of Sunday meeting cutback announcements?

Looks like it hard to print so much fake spiritual BS when you make half of it "secret".

This organisation is more leaky than a very leaky thing.

Minus covers and an index page, actual content drops from 27 pages to just 13. They can sack more than half of the writing dept., if they still need one at all.
The Faithful and Discrete Slave, if it isn't just a theological construct, would only have to write two pages each, each month, outsource the layout to a highschool dropout with a Mac, and the job's done.
