I was told they are very good for the skin, but I do not know which brand and which soap to get. Do you have any recommendations for me? Thanks!
Do you use Goat Milk Soap or Olive Oil Soap?

Why not go to the local grocery store and get some Olive Oil and slap that on you?
You can buy yourself a goat, and milk it, or maybe buy some goat milk in a carton, or Goat cheese.
Hope that was helpful.

I haven't used a brand name soap for years.
We buy handcrafted soaps in produce markets. There is no shortage of choice around here, if someone grows it, someone makes soap out it. I've never developed a preference for any particular soap.
If you have skin problems, you could give Noni soap a try.

Personally, I find the best soaps for your skin are either made from organic ingrediants for the most part or homemade... Olive oil soaps are great, as are shea butter, goat's milk, and others. Your best bet would be to go to a natural foods store and check out their selection of soaps. They come in some great scents (for a guy, I love the smell of bay rum...they make it in a shaving soap to use instead of shaving cream as well...smells so good and spicy/earthy...and great for your skin!).

Goat Milk Soap or Olive oil Soap? I would've thought that question would've come from one of the female posters here but . . . .
Perhaps he'll share with us on one of his future posts how he maintains his girlish figure and some of his favorite beauty secrets.

Walmart sells a product made from goats milk. You can use it as a bubble bath or lather your self with it. It has a very distinct fragrance which I like. The product does not smell like a goat. LOL. You will find it in the Pharmacy section and the cost is about average.
