  It's not hard to be at peace with people in your group if you kick out anyone who expresses the slightest disagreement about anything.

  Of course, you're not at peace with the people you kick out, but the WTS blames all the disharmony on them.

  Read the New Testament, especially 1 and 2 Corinthians.

  There was a lot of friction and disharmony in the early church that had to be worked through.

  If anything, we should expect Christianity to experience these problems rather than expecting it to be characterized by total uniformity of thought and action.
