Obama better than Romney? I see no proof of that - and much evidence against it.
Romney is competent, with business experience and ability to negotiate with a legislature. Obama is none of those things.
If you're worried about healthcare, I wouldn't be. Regardless of what he says (now), Romney will save national healthcare. In fact, I think that's why the elite favor him and Republicans are just lukewarm about him.
Frankly, Romney has to lie because he's faced with a party that is full of incompatible viewpoints: Santorum, the Christian fascist and Ron Paul, the libertarian who wants to legalize dope and prostitution. That's quite a straddle.

Obama proposed a law that the republicans put forward in 94. Then they go and cry foul. His real crime is trying to be so damn nice, he should have passed the public option and been more combative from the get go.
As for calling out the court, he is not the first Prez nor the last who will do it. Anytime they invalidate a law he signed they are basicly calling him out. It is called checks and balances.
