They have not outgrown their facilities! They are DOWNSIZING!
The w and g are not printed at Wallkill. They are printed in Canada.
The monthly circulation is not 70 million, it is 83 million.
The media get bits and peices right but are highly innacurate in other things.
It is an economic move to sell off the Brooklyn buildings and move to a 1.5 million sq ft facility in Warwick.

They are known for meticulous upkeep of rubbish. They stint on quality, leaving things prone to failure without warning. The buildings they build are also rubbish, and probably worth nothing (except if they have copper in them; in that case, they are only worth the copper you can get out of them).

2) Renovate it with free labor
3) Sell it a few years later for huge tax free profits.
