I'd rather drink putrifying cat vomit mixed with sputum.
Will you ever go back to the Jehovah's Witnesses?

Just a quick note to let you all know that I am deleting myself from this group. It has been fun, but I have decided to re-marry my first wife. She is still a JW, so I will have to become one again. Maybe they are right, or maybe not. Life is a gamble any way. So good luck to you all. Perhaps we shall meet someday when I'm out in field service.Joe La Flamme 9:28am Apr 1 hahahaha!!!!!!

I stayed in so long because it was the only world I ever knew.
However, I'm not so needy for that kind of association and "friends" that I'd ever EVER go back.
I never would have taken the bait in the beginning, if I wasn't a new born when I was indoctrinated.

Impossible to sit at the meetings and stomach the lies and deception from the GB.
Life is good without the Watchtower and religion.

@sooner7nc - what kingdom hall did you attend?
And for me I would use the when pigs fly, but then what if that happened. I saw it happen in a TV ad once. So better safe than sorry and go with the "not bloody likely".

Never - once I came out I realized that the "brothers" are conditional friends so I haven't lost anything worth going back to. Being free from the man-made rules and the WT's interpretation of the Bible is priceless.

People often return to abusive relationships because it's all they know. But once they no better the never return.
The only question I have is why is it that the abuse of religions like the WTBTS not illegal?
It's a scam!

" If I do get back then it's because I've gone crackers...............if I do you I beg you now while I'm in my right mind, to shoot me!!"
LoL Punk! That's quite similar to what I've told my hubby, if I ever talk about going back to the hall I've just lost my mind and he should have me committed.

Mr. Flipper thank you for your viewpoint. I do understand it is most common standpoint in this forum and kind of reason d'etre for this forum in overall. I might have said it earlier that for me it is really irrelevant if JW belief is true or not, for me it simply do not matter. I find the expectation of paradise with friendly people without sickness and worries appealing and charming, that is why I really do hope this would be true one day for humanity. But personally I do not want to live that way, therefore I pass. CP
